Monday, Tuesday 1:30pm

Thursday 1:30pm ( for seniors only 60+, must call to set up an appt.)

Please note: Attending Orientation is required once per year. At this time you will receive your application and learn about all of the current services available.


STEP 2:

Intake

​

Applications and paperwork will only be accepted during Intake hours. No Exceptions!

​

Bring completed application and supporting documents to AIM Central during

Intake Hours: Monday- Wednesday 8am until all slots are full.

STEP 3:

Case Management

 

AFTER documents are verified in Step 2 you will be referred to the

Pivotal Support Building for Intake and Case Management.

 


WHAT DO I NEED?

  • AIM Application

  • Picture ID for all adults in the household

  • Proof of current address

  • Verification of Social Security Number (SSN) for all individuals living in the household

  • Last 60 days of all income for all adults in the household

  • Utility Bills

  • Renter: Lease, Landlord Form, W9

  • Homeowner: Mortgage Statement, Mortgage Holder Form, W9

  • Statement of Need

United Way Financial Stability Center at AIM

Qualifications:
Anderson County residents who are seniors (65+) AND/OR residents who have a Respiratory medical need qualify. Ex: Someone 68 and healthy qualifies, and someone 32 with Asthma qualifies. If there is a household where a client has a child or household family member with a Respiratory need, this also qualifies. Residents must provide ID (age verification w/ ID), proof of income, proof of residency, and proof of medical need (doctor’s note, prescription for Respiratory medication). Residents can come in Monday through Thursday from 2pm to 4pm, and must have ALL necessary documentation in order to fill out application. Once documentation and application are complete and verified, residents can receive a unit immediately. We will limit it to 25 units given out per week in order to make them last over the summer. First come, first served.
