APPLICATION PROCESS FOR MAY
We will open up the application process for Seniors 60 and over on May 18th. And for working families on May 15th. Please see below for the process on each.
• If you are 60 or over and have not been assisted in the last 12 months, please be prepared to bring a completed application, which can be picked up prior to May 18th or printed off below. All required documents are listed below with a link to the forms that are required and can be printed off (or picked up in advance). Starting at 8am on May 18th we will accept a limited number of completed applications. If you do not have your supporting documents you will not be able to keep your place in line.
• If you have VERIFIABLE work and can provide PAY STUBS and are currently working then: Starting on May 15th you will be able to apply online. The online application will not be available until the 15th at noon. Please review all of the documents below as you will need to upload those with your application. Completed applications will be reviewed in the order that they are received. We are accepting a limited number of applications and once we reach our limit we will disable the link.
Priority Groups
Applications are prioritized for:
• Working Families
• Seniors aged 60+
When You Can Apply
• Applications are accepted only during the 3rd Monday of each month.
• We are only accepting 25 applications.
• Completed Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
How the Process Works
• Pick-up application before the 3rd Monday of each month
• Drop off application in person on given date. (Call for date)
• All applications are reviewed and scheduled later if qualified.
• Appointments are NOT given when you drop off the application.
The application forms are available to download below. Please print and complete the forms
and return them in person to our office with ALL required documents (listed below)
on the 3rd Monday of the current month. (Call for turn-in date)
Forms cannot be submitted by email.
**Disclaimer: Assistance may be available for for one bill per household, depending on eligibility and available funds. Currently we are only assisting with $100-300 per family.**
